• Verify all the entered information carefully and submit the application.

Step 2: Upload Documents

• Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph (20 KB–50 KB).
• Upload your signature on white paper using blue or black ink (10 KB–20 KB).
• Upload all supporting documents such as category certificates and qualification certificates in a single PDF file (maximum size 500 KB).

Step 3: Preview Uploaded Images

• Preview the uploaded photograph and signature.
• Ensure both images are clearly visible.
• If required, re-upload the images before final submission.
• Confirm that the photograph and signature are uploaded in the correct fields.

Step 4: Declaration & Final Submission

• Review all the entered information carefully.
• Select the declaration checkbox after verifying the details.
• Click on the Final Submit button.
• An Application/Registration Number will be generated.
• The login credentials will also be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.
• Keep the application number and password safe for future login and counselling activities.

Step 5: Application Fee Payment

• Click on the payment link provided after registration.
• Pay the application fee using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking.
• Download and save the payment receipt for future reference.
• Any bank or payment gateway charges shall be borne by the applicant.
• Ensure the payment is completed before the prescribed deadline.

• Download the Seat Allotment Letter from the counselling portal.
• If not satisfied, candidates may participate in subsequent counselling rounds.

Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted College

• Report to the allotted medical college within the specified time.
• Complete document verification and admission formalities.
• Pay the prescribed admission fee to confirm your seat.

Step 6: Upgradation (Optional)

• Candidates who wish to upgrade their allotted seat may participate in the next counselling round.
• Submit fresh choices if required and wait for the upgraded seat allotment result.
