Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Counselling & Admission 2026
Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Counselling is conducted by the Director of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh, for admission into MBBS and BDS courses offered by medical colleges in the state. The counselling process is conducted online, and candidates who have qualified the NEET UG examination and fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria can participate in the counselling process.
Candidates must fill out the online application form by visiting the official counselling website. Admission to 85% State Quota MBBS/BDS seats is conducted through Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Counselling, while the remaining 15% All India Quota seats are filled through MCC Counselling.

Step 3: Preview Uploaded Images
- Preview the uploaded photograph and signature.
- Ensure both images are clearly visible.
- Re-upload if necessary.
- Verify that photograph and signature are uploaded in the correct fields.
Step 4: Declaration & Final Submission
- Verify all information carefully.
- Accept the declaration.
- Click on Final Submit.
- Application Number will be generated.
- Application Number and Password will also be sent through SMS and Email.
Step 5: Application Fee Payment

Step 1: Registration
- Visit the official Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Counselling website.
- Click on the Registration link.
- Enter your personal details, contact information and NEET UG details.
- Verify all entered information carefully.
- Submit the registration form successfully.
Step 2: Document Verification
- After registration, attend document verification at the designated verification centre.
- Carry all original documents along with photocopies.
- Required documents include:
- NEET UG Admit Card & Score Card
- Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates
- Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport etc.)
- Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
- Domicile Certificate
- Passport Size Photographs
Step 3: Choice Filling
- Login using your User ID and Password.
- Select your preferred Medical/Dental Colleges and Courses.
- Arrange the choices according to your preference.
- Save and Lock your choices before the last date.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
- Seats are allotted on the basis of NEET Rank, Category, Reservation and Choices Filled.
- Check the allotment result through the official website.
- Download the Seat Allotment Letter.
- Accept the allotted seat or participate in the next counselling round.
Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted College
- Report to the allotted college within the prescribed schedule.
- Complete document verification.
- Pay the admission fee.

Step 6: Upgradation (Optional)

Madhya Pradesh MBBS Seat Matrix 2019
Madhya Pradesh had a total of 20 Medical Colleges offering MBBS Courses and accepting NEET UG as of June 2019. Among these, 13 were Government Medical Colleges and 7 were Private Medical Colleges. The state had a total of 2,750 MBBS Seats, out of which 1,600 seats were available in Government Medical Colleges and 1,150 seats were available in Private Medical Colleges.
Out of the 1,600 Government MBBS seats, 240 seats were allotted under the All India Quota, 332 seats under the State Government Quota, and 28 seats were reserved for Government of India nominees. Among the 1,150 seats in Private Medical Colleges, 575 seats were allotted under the State Government Quota, 403 seats under the Management Quota, and 172 seats under the NRI Quota.
In NEET UG 2019, a total of 53,391 candidates appeared from Madhya Pradesh, out of which 26,773 candidates qualified, resulting in a qualification percentage of 50.15%.

15% All India Quota (AIQ): The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), releases the Madhya Pradesh All India Quota MBBS Cutoff for candidates admitted under the 15% AIQ seats.
85% State Quota: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh releases the State Quota MBBS Cutoff for admission to 85% State Quota seats in Government Medical Colleges.
