Andaman & Nicobar Islands NEET UG Counselling is conducted by the Department of Higher Education, Andaman & Nicobar Administration (CCAP) for admission into MBBS courses in the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The counselling process is conducted online and only candidates who qualify the NEET UG examination and fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria can participate.

Step 1: Online Registration

Counselling Process

Step 1 : Registration

  • Submit the Registration Form.

  • Check the Seat Allotment Result on the Official Website.
  • If Satisfied, Accept the Allotted Seat.
  • If Not Satisfied, Participate in the Next Round of Counselling.

Step 5 : Reporting to Allotted College

  • Report to the Allotted College within the Prescribed Schedule.
  • Complete Admission Formalities and Pay the Required Admission Fee.

Step 6 : Upgradation (Optional)

  • Candidates may participate in the Upgradation Round if Eligible.

Important Note & Bond of Service

₹ Important Note

All selected candidates are required to pay the full admission fee at the time of counselling / provisional admission.

The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of "ANIIMS, Admission", payable at Syndicate Bank, DHS Building, Port Blair.

Cash and Cheque payments will not be accepted. Admission will be confirmed only after successful fee deposition.

₹ Bond of Service

Students admitted to ANIIMS, Port Blair are required to serve in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands for a minimum period of One Year.

Candidates must submit the prescribed undertaking and execute the required bond on a non-judicial stamp paper as per the admission rules.

If a candidate fails to complete the mandatory one-year service, he/she will be liable to pay a penalty of ₹ 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakh Only).

Candidates are also required to submit an undertaking confirming that they will not leave the course before completing Five Years. In case of violation, a penalty of ₹ 10,00,000 will be applicable as per the institute rules.

Government Medical Colleges: A single Government Medical College Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences, Port Blair has two types of cutoffs:

  1. 15% All India Quota (AIQ) Cutoff: The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), on behalf of MCC, conducts All India Quota MBBS counselling and releases college-wise as well as category-wise cutoffs in online mode.
