Manipur MBBS Counselling 2026
MBBS admission in Manipur is conducted through NEET UG Counselling. Candidates who qualify the NEET UG examination are eligible to participate in both All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota counselling based on their eligibility. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), conducts counselling for 15% All India Quota seats, while the remaining 85% State Quota seats are filled by the designated counselling authority of Manipur. Admissions are granted strictly on the basis of NEET rank, reservation policy, seat availability, and counselling rules prescribed by the concerned authorities.
Introduction
As per the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and various notifications issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), conducts centralized online counselling for MBBS, BDS, Postgraduate Medical, Dental and Super Specialty courses across India.
